Staying at Summerfield Farm Cottage was a delightful experience. the cottage itself was charming and very well-equipped, making it feel like a home away from home. the traditional style, combined with modern amenities like a washing machine and Wi-Fi, catered to all our needs. the sitting area was cozy and perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the beautiful surrounding countryside. One minor inconvenience was the limited availability of hot water for a luxurious bath, but this was easily overlooked given the overall comfort and convenience of the cottage. the garden area was a lovely spot to enjoy the tranquil surroundings and watch the playful pigs and chickens. the location was ideal for exploring nearby villages and tourist attractions like York, while still providing a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle. the proximity to a small airfield even offered some unexpected entertainment. Overall, Summerfield Farm Cottage offers great value for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway in the countryside.
